Following the great success of the Vietnamese Museum Australia’s Gala Dinner on the 14th of June, 2025, we now invite the broader community to join us for the next chapter in our commemorative calendar:

This traditional Vietnamese memorial honours the thousands of lives lost at sea in the search for freedom. It is a time to remember those who never made it out of Vietnam, never found safety, and to recognise the courage of the Vietnamese refugees who resettled in Australia and have contributed so much to our multicultural society over the past five decades.
We warmly welcome all to attend this solemn and culturally significant occasion. Whether you are part of the Vietnamese community, a friend, or someone who simply wishes to stand in solidarity, your presence is deeply valued.
Let us come together to reflect, remember, and honour a legacy of resilience and hope.
