Fatal collision in Springvale, 31-year-old man died at the scene
Greater Dandenong Highway Patrol officers are investigating a fatal collision in Springvale on Monday 28/10 afternoon.
It is understood a car and an e-scooter collided in the intersection of Westall Road and Thames Avenue about 2.40pm.
The rider, a 31-year-old Cranbourne man —died at the scene.
The driver of the car, a 23-year-old Glen Waverley woman, stopped at the scene and has spoken to police.
