We’re thrilled to share the wonderful success of the Vietnamese Museum Australia’s Refugee Week Gala Dinner, held last week in Melbourne.

These vital funds will directly support the operational sustainability of Australia’s first Vietnamese Museum, helping us preserve and share the stories of our community with generations to come.
The evening was a wonderful celebration of our collective commitment to honouring refugee journeys, strengthening social cohesion, and fostering intercultural understanding in Australia. Highlights included moving speeches from our CEO – Tammy Nguyen, Independent Member for Fowler – Dai Le MP and Victorian Multicultural Commission Chairperson – Vivienne Nguyen, a spirited live auction, cultural performances, delicious food, and the warmth of our diverse community coming together for a shared purpose.
