Deer Park: Vacant home goes up in flames during suspected arson attack in Melbourne’s west
An empty home in Melbourne’s west went up in flames earlier today in a suspected arson attack.

Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances following a suspicious house fire in Deer Park this Sunday morning 27/4.
Emergency services were called to the unoccupied home on Carroll Street about 7am.
Firefighters arrived on the scene to find smoke and flames billowing from the roof of the single-storey home.

The fire was under control by 8.13am.
Arson chemist squad attended the scene later this morning.
Investigations are ongoing into the cause of the fire and which police believe is suspicious. Detectives are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
