AVRNC SẼ THÀNH LẬP MỘT ỦY BAN THU THẬP DỮ LIỆU VÀ BẰNG CHỨNG CAN THIỆP VÀO NỘI BỘ VÀ SINH HOẠT CỦA CĐNVTD-ÚC CHÂU CỦA CSVN

Đứng trước tình trạng và những hành vi khiêu khích, nhục mạ và gây xáo trộn chia rẽ một cách trắng trợn, công khai và ngày càng gia tăng của CSVN qua tay sai nằm vùng và du học sinh nhắm vào Cộng Đồng Người Việt Tỵ Nạn tại Úc Châu, HỘI ĐỒNG NGƯỜI ÚC GỐC VIỆT TỴ NẠN CỘNG SẢN (AVRNC) sẽ thành lập một:

ỦY BAN THU THẬP DỮ LIỆU VÀ BẰNG CHỨNG CAN THIỆP VÀO NỘI BỘ VÀ SINH HOẠT CỦA CDNVTD-ÚC CHÂU CỦA CSVN thể theo Đạo Luật Foreign Interference under the Criminal Code Act 1995 and the National Security Legislation Amendment (Espionage and Foreign Interference) Act 2018.

Foreign Interference in the Community: How to report threats and intimidation from foreign governments

IMPORTANT NOTICE

In response to the increasingly blatant and public acts of provocation, insult, disruption and division allegedly being carried out by the Vietnamese Communist Party (CSVN), through covert agents and overseas students, against the Vietnamese refugee community in Australia, the Australian Vietnamese Refugee National Council (AVRNC) will establish a:

COMMITTEE FOR THE COLLECTION OF DATA AND EVIDENCE REGARDING FOREIGN INTERFERENCE IN THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE VIETNAMESE REFUGEE COMMUNITY IN AUSTRALIA.

The Committee will collect and document relevant information and evidence concerning alleged foreign interference, in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Code Act 1995 relating to foreign interference and the National Security Legislation Amendment (Espionage and Foreign Interference) Act 2018.
