Sunshine, MELBOURNE —Hundreds of residents, business owners and members of Melbourne’s Vietnamese community have gathered in Hampshire Rd Sunshine on Sunday —to honour the life of 60-year-old shopkeeper Van Viet Truong and demand stronger laws, greater police visibility and safer streets following his death after an alleged youth attack.
